| communication | Languages, contact channels, hours, access (max 15) |
| digital_visibility | Website and public listing completeness (max 10) |
| red_flag_penalty | Evidenced red flags, capped at -20 |
| bayesian_adjusted_rating | Google rating shrunk toward the Beirut prior |
| last_checked | Date the record was last verified against public sources |
The exact point values and weights are published in the methodology. Scores measure what a patient can verify before visiting — not clinical quality.
